The Barossa Valley
Australia's most famous wine region is home to over 50 wineries including the well known large wineries such as Jacobs Creek as well as many small boutique wineries that produce delicious wines available only from their cellar door. Most of the wineries offer free tastings of their wines so you can be sure of the wine before you buy.
Scattered throughout the Barossa Valley are beautiful parks and old farms, churches and homesteads. Visit the historic Barossa Goldfields, snare a bargain in the crafts and antique shops of just relax under a magnificent gum tree sipping fine Australian wine.

GAWLER
Gawler is South Australia's oldest country town with many of the early buildings still in use today making the town of significant historical interest.
The main street is only a 5 minute walk away and has a variety of shops. Antiques, arts and crafts, hand made Australian furniture, restaurants, hotels and cafes line the quaint street while historic parks and churches are scattered throughout the small quaint town.
